IT FINALLY RUNS!!!!

Ok now here is a video of the truck running. We figured out the firing order and re-routed the spark plugs, and made some adjustments to the carb. Yes It finally runs.

Now tot he good part. Here is a video Melissa Filmed of us trying to start the truck. It's the funniest shit ever, thanks to kyle, and Melissa.

Ive done some work to the hotrod Since July. Mostly what I did was install the gas tank. Run the fuel lines, Install the Fuel Pump. Ran the Vacuum hoses, Installed the steering wheel, bolted in the seat, installed the gas pedal, brake pedal and parking brake. I also coated the floor and finished buttoning up some loose ends. Most importantly I started running the wires. I'll try to post pics soon.

But first here are some pics of the HotRODHOEDOWN in philly.

End of July. We went to the Scranton Rat Rod show, and Had a kickass time bowling and looking at some cool rods.

Ok, Ok I know it's been like friggin ever. We've been busy traveling and all that Jazz. So Let's move on. July. July was a busy month. Pulled pork, a bunch of random crap. The truck was tended too whenever possible. Let's see...

First the steering was finalized All pieces were tightened up and all the steering shafts were cut to length. I've even included a pic.


While that was being hooked up melissa took the time to sand all the pieces such as trim. Also she finished the bed sanding. She was pretty damn dirty after all that.


Next we installed and plumbed the Brake Line.Here's a couple pics of melissa running the bottom line, and kyle bleeding the lines.



Also I got to Learn about the carb setup and vacuum lines. And I fooled around with setting up the inner fenders. Which in turn made me visit the HAMB forum again and get some advice from those awesome Hambers.
